Tom Prystal, Director of the Prystal Scouting Service
He will be in Reading at the PA / Maryland Basketball Camp all week evaluating the talent and reporting his findings to colleges across the country.  So far this summer his travels have taken him to basketball camps in six states.  He lists these players as the best he has seen so far.  His end of summer report will come after the PA / Maryland Camp.
