 Who will make the NCAA tournament this year; who will make the Final four; who will be the eventual National Champion? Don't bet on a Pennsylvania team. If you did place a bet and it is legal in the state of Nevada, these are the pre-season odds  on  a Pennsylvania team winning the NCAA Tournament:
From Pitt to Penn State-
**Penn State 500 to 1
**University of Pennsylvania 300 to 1
**St. Joseph’s, Temple, and Villanova  all at 100 to 1
**Pitt 30 to 1
