Blackhawk had an 8 game losing streak and probably will not make the playoffs for the first time in 20 years! John Bucci resigns at Bishop Hannan after 7 1/2 seasons. Marys Area H. S. defeated Clearfield 49-12. The Clearfield Bison line score
read 0-2-4-5. St. Marys was led by Lopaka Hoohuli, the MVP at the Pennsylvania/Maryland Basketball Camp this past
summer. He had 22 points. In his previous game, he had 28 including the
game winning tip-in at the buzzer in a 49-48 win. His play this season has
already earned him a nomination to play in this year's Pennsylvania
vs Maryland All-Star Game in March.
Dynamic Duos. In 1967, two great Pennsylvania
basketball stars led Ambridge to the State championship. Can you name them?
