We will send a bus to pick your group up. You need a group of 40 who

Dear Mr. Gaffey,
We're producing a documentary film about the integration of basketball that will
air on ESPN. As I'm sure you know, in the 1950s when the NBA was getting up and
running a lot of excellent players played in the Eastern League.
I've been searching high and low for any film footage of Eastern League games,
and photos of some of the African-American players in the Eastern League, and I
came across your site in the process. Clearly you know your Pennsylvania
basketball. Have you ever seen or heard of film footage of Eastern League Games,
or would you have any suggestions about where to look?.
Any guidance you could give us would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for putting
such passion into your site -

Art Ford, has written a new book, “Cinderella and the Seven Dwarfs.”-
the book hints at the telling of a fairy tale, and in many ways that’s what
Ford’s “Cinderella and the Seven Dwarfs” is. Only it was no fairly tale what
the Flying Dutchmen accomplished during a thoroughly magical 1952-53 season
that culminated with a first-round NCAA Tournament upset of Fordham and a
Sweet 16 showdown with mighty LSU and eventual NBA Hall of Famer Bob Pettit.
This, remember, was back in the days before the NCAA divided its member
schools up by enrollment, meaning tiny Lebanon Valley and its mere 400
students had the opportunity (PAT HUGGINS,
Lebanon Daily News).
