1999 SHOOTOUT ALL-STARS

These are the All-Star Teams which were selected to play at the end of the 1999 Pennsylvania/Maryland Shootout. Remember 180 players participated from New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, the District of Columbia, and Canada. This was the fourth year for the event. It drew 41 college coaches.
