In 1998, the Maryland Boys and Girls both won, but in 1999 Pennsylvaniaevened the score with a double win. The Pennsylvania Boys defeated Maryland124to 114 while the Pennsylvania Girls defeated the Maryland Girls 77-61.

The win for the Pennsylvania Girls was their first in the four year series.ErinBrady(Marian Catholic) with 13, Alicia Hartlaub(ELCO) with 12, andAprilCollier(York) with 10 led the Pennsylvania Girls. The Maryland coach,PhilPopielski said, "that April Collier can flat out play, her outstandingplayand the defense of the Pennsylvania guards was the difference."

In the Boys Game, two Chester High School stars, Andre Morton and AssadBrowneach had 24 points to lead the high scoring Pennsylvania Boys, whilePierreJohnson(Duval) exploded for a record shattering 42 points to leadthe Marylandattack.
