The longest running Pennsylvania scholastic all-star basketball seriesofits kind enters its 24 th year this season in Harrisburg on April 7 and8.This NCAA sanctioned two day event which features over 100 high schoolseniorbasketball players draws over a hundred college coaches encompassingDivisions1, 2, and 3 searching for that "last piece in the recruitingpuzzle!"

Maryland engineered a rare double-dip,defeatingPennsylvania in both the boy's and the girl's game.The MarylandBoy's behindLarry Tucker of Baltimore Dunbar(24 points), Andre Jacksonof Gynn Park(21points), and Patrick Doctor(Gynn Park) 19 points defeatedthe PennsylvaniaBoy's 97-92. The Maryland Girls led by Terrana Pyfrom ofRiverdale Baptist(14points) defeated the Pennsylvania Girls 73-59.

In the other six games of the eight game Roundball two day schedule,threegames went into overtime. The Keystone Boys downed the Mid-Penn Boys112-104inovertime. Jarrod Graham of the state champion George Jr. Republic HighSchoolfrom Western Pennsylvania was named the MVP with 27 points for thewinners.The Red Boys team defeated the White Boys team 97-92 in overtime.MattBarberof Reading Holy Name with 21 points was tabbed the MVP. The EastBoys decisionedthe West Boys 99-95 in overtime. Kyle Blyer of PequeaValleyled the Eastwith 19 points. In the Girl's East-West game, the West nippedthe East 60-59.Melissa Windle of Greencastle had 15 points and was namedthe MVP. In theBoy's North-South Game, the South won 84-72 behind the 16points of ChadMoose of Hanover. In the Girl's North-South Game, the Southblew out theNorth 77-45 behind the 17 points of Adrienne Reese of WilsonHigh School.
